Buyer Rebate

Rebate Facts

Words of caution
- Don’t sign a buyer’s agent agreement / contract! This agreement may bind you to using that particular agent throughout your entire home search!
- Always get any rebate agreement offered in writing. Make sure it is something you can take to your attorney, if need be.
- Watch out for agents that offer buyer's rebates based on you having to buy and sell your home through that particular agent. A good real estate agent will offer you a buyer’s rebate even if you do not list your home with them.
